May I give you the heads up that the 22nd SEAPAVAA Conference will take place from 7 to 12 April 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. The theme is AV Archiving Beyond Boundaries.

Our local hosts are the Film Archive (Public Organization) and The Government Public Relations Department (PRD) Museum and Archive.

General information, call for presentation proposals and registration details will be progressively posted on the conference website when ready.

You may wish to know that Friday 13 April 2018, is also the first day of the famed Songkran Festival. If you are planning to attend the conference, you may want to extend your stay and participate in the "water wars" in Bangkok thereafter.
