In this intimate film, Dick’s Sporting Goods connects the athletic achievements of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games to the the life-changing power of sport at the every level. From an aspiring athlete learning she made the team, to a hurdler breaking away from the pack while being cheered by her family, or the weightlifter shocking herself with her strength, the emotion of these moments are every bit as significant as an Olympic Gold.

Synopsis

We were asked to source epic archive shots of the Swiss Alps & New York that were to be juxtaposed with specific angles and live action camera movements of the New York ground shots to create a series of composited frames and match cuts to announce the collaboration between Moncler & Roc Nation Designed By JAY-Z: Genius Is Everywhere.  Macro & topographic images were also sourced for the more abstract sections that feature regularly in the McGlouglin Brothers work.

While most of our work was completed ahead of the shoot, we remained in close contact with the team during the production sourcing and supplying specific shots that aligned with footage from the shoot in real-time including the aerial shots of New York.
