Membership Agreement

In submitting an application for membership of FOCAL International I agree:

1. "I"/"me" means the individual or organisation which is applying for membership.
2. The representative of an organisation making this application is fully authorised to make this application and to agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement on the organisation's behalf.
3. The information I have given above ("Information") is true and accurate.
4. FOCAL International may publish the Information I have given above in FOCAL International's printed Footage & Content Directory, on the FOCAL International website and in other media published by FOCAL International, and FOCAL International will have no liability for any inaccuracies in or claims arising from publication of the Information.

FOCAL International Footage & Content Finder and Skills & Services facility

5. If I supply any material through FOCAL International's Footage & Content Finder or any services through FOCAL International's Skills & Services facility ("materials or services") at any time:
   1. i. FOCAL International shall have no liability in relation to any information contained in requests which have been submitted to the Footage & Content Finder or the Skills & Services facility and made available to me by FOCAL International.
   2. ii. I agree ONLY to reply to requests if I believe that I am able to provide the material or services requested, and for the purpose specified by the person submitting the request.
   3. iii. I agree NOT to contact the person submitting the request for any other purpose (including any kind of marketing activity) than that described in Item ii.
   4. iv. I agree NOT to hold names and contact details of any person who has submitted a request (including in electronic and physical media) for any purpose other than to reply as in Item 3, NOT to pass information submitted to any third party, and to comply fully with Data Protection laws.
   5. v. I agree NOT to reply to FOCAL International, but to the person who has submitted the request.
   6. vi. If an "Out of Office" automatic reply is sent from my computer to a person submitting a request, I shall follow it up with a substantive email as soon as possible.
   7. vii. I agree to make all my staff who have access to the FOCAL International website (in particular all my Additional Contacts) aware of the above terms and conditions applicable to the Footage & Content Finder and Skills & Services facility, and I shall be responsible for their use of the FOCAL International website.
6. Registered Users: I agree to make every Registered User whom I invite to use the FOCAL International website aware of the provisions of this Membership Agreement including the above terms and conditions which apply to the Footage & Content Finder and Skills & Services facility, and I shall be responsible for all such Registered Users' use of the FOCAL International website.
7. Failure to observe any of the above terms and conditions applicable to the Footage & Content Finder and Skills & Services facility may result in my removal from these services.
8. FOCAL International will have no liability for any materials or services provided by me in response to any request received through FOCAL International's Footage & Content Finder or FOCAL International's Skills & Services facility, nor for any use of the FOCAL International website by my Registered Users, and I indemnify FOCAL International and will hold FOCAL International harmless and keep it fully and effectively indemnified against all costs (including legal costs), damages, loss and liability incurred by FOCAL International by reason of any claim relating to of or arising out of any materials or services provided by me, or use of the FOCAL International website by any of my Registered Users.
