The largest picture library in private ownership, the Getty Images Hulton Archive houses some 94 million images dating back to the beginnings of photography and beyond. Reflecting the changing character of image dissemination throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, tour highlights include global agency collections from the Golden Age of photojournalism, rare masterworks, and vintage originals from across sports, culture, social life, and major events. With less than 5% of the archive digitized, explore the wealth of storytelling potential and see how we both conserve this vast resource for future generations and make it accessible today.

A fascinating archive of around 35 million photographs encapsulating UK Pop Culture throughout the 20th Century.

Comprising the cherished Rex Features Collection and the ITV stills archive, it provides a range of material, including many unseen shots of pop and rock from the 1960s-1990s, the Royal Family, politics, news, showbiz and television.

Other notable collections include the Dezo Hoffman Collection, the Alan Davidson Archive, the Kobal Collection, the Art Archive, the Berliner Picture Archive and the Rank Film Collection.
