In partnership with ACSIL, Seevers produced the ACSIL Global Survey of Stock Footage Companies series, four comprehensive studies of the stock footage industry, including the AGS1 (2007), AGS2 (2011), AGS3 (2015) and the AGS4 (2019). He works with Footage.net’s existing footage partners, brings on new partners and oversees all marketing and outreach efforts.

Seevers was formerly the Director of ABCNEWS VideoSource, the stock footage sales department for ABCNEWS. A key member of the start-up, he led VideoSource through 10 years of consistent growth. He began his career in 1991 at Worldwide Television News, where he relaunched the WTN Library Sales department, and grew sales by 300% over three years. Known for innovative marketing and industry leadership, he established the ABCNEWS VideoSource/IDA Award for Best Use of Stock Footage in a Documentary, presented annually by the IDA since 1997, and helped found and launch ACSIL, the Association of Commercial Stock Image Licensors.
