The FOCAL Festival of Archives 2026 in Association with Reuters Connect brings together professionals in the archive and footage licensing industry. Exhibitors will showcase commercial footage licensing, restoration and preservation services, and related archive sector offerings.

Full Event - Day and Evening Attendee Tickets
The complete festival experience, combining daytime programming with the evening networking reception.
Ticket includes:
- Full access to all exhibitors throughout the day (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Light networking lunch with fellow industry professionals.
- Access to three panel sessions and speaker presentations (limited to 100 people each).
- Access to outdoor space for informal networking and breaks.
- Name badge/lanyard Access to the Evening Networking Reception (6:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
- Limited complimentary drink tokens during the evening reception. Cash bar thereafter.
- Catered evening food service.
- Name badge/lanyard.
Individuals Prices: Free to FOCAL Individual Members / £55 +VAT Individual Non-Members
Companies Prices: £350 +VAT to FOCAL non-exhibiting Company Members / £450 +VAT non-exhibiting Company Non-Members
Each non-exhibiting company ticket covers up to 2 delegates.
Day Event Only - Attendee Ticket
Perfect for professionals wanting to experience the daytime festival, including exhibitions, speakers, and networking lunch.
Ticket includes:
- Full access to all exhibitors throughout the day (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

Individuals Prices: Free to FOCAL Individual Members / £25 +VAT Individual Non-Members
Companies Prices: £250 +VAT to FOCAL non-exhibiting Company Members / £350 +VAT non-exhibiting Company Non-Members

Evening Event Only - Attendee Ticket
Ideal for professionals who cannot attend the daytime event but want to participate in evening networking.
Ticket includes:
- Admission to the Evening Networking Reception ONLY (6:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
- Limited complimentary drink tokens during the evening reception. Cash bar thereafter.
- Catered evening food service.
- Name badge/lanyard.
Individual Prices: Free to FOCAL Individual Members / £30 +VAT Individual Non-Members
Company Prices: £100 +VAT per person to FOCAL Company Members / £130 +VAT per person Comapny Non-Members
Company tickets are valid for 1 attendee.
Hotels
In partnership with VenueScanner, we offer an online booking service for a list of selected hotels around the area. You can access the VenueScanner booking service here.
Online ticket sales are now open:
- To ensure availability, book in advance.
- Refunds may only be given at the discretion of management.
- All prices shown exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased at the member's rate from non-members.
- Individual rates are reserved for freelancers/sole traders; company employees are required to purchase tickets at the Company Member/Non-Member rates unless they are a FOCAL Individual members.
- Individual members may purchase only one (1) ticket at the Individual members rate. Additional tickets will be void.
- Digital Tickets will be sent with event information the week beginning 8 June 2026.
