Creative Industry Federation - Short-term immigration routes into the UK from the EU from 1st January 2021
The following is a summary of the policy guidance now available, most of which was published after the opening of the new work routes on 1st
December:
- EEA nationals will be treated as Non Visa Nationals from 1st January onwards, which means they can access the T5 concession and PPE at the border: Browse: Visas and immigration - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

For workers based overseas with postings in the UK, the following routes are now available:
