NBC News Archive Sales Chooses Gaumont Pathe Archives to Open up French Market

NBC News Archive Sales has appointed Gaumont-Pathe Archives in Paris as its footage representative in France and French speaking Belgium and Switzerland. The arrangement is due to start at the beginning of April 2004.

Nancy Cole, Director of Sales at NBC News Archives says: "We are delighted to have Gaumont-Pathe as our representatives in France. Their knowledge of the local market and their wide client base opens up new avenues for us. Our archives complement the holdings of Gaumont-Pathe, and the representation comes at the right time for both parties".

The arrangement is an extension to NBC Archive Sales’ business in Europe and follows close on the heels of the opening of its London office.
